Bartender

Deliver quality drinks and great guest interactions behind Frenchie's bar, while keeping stock, cleanliness, and service speed on point. Responsibilities - Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages to Frenchie's standard, with consistency and attention to detail. - Engage guests at the bar with genuine, friendly interactions, offering recommendations from the cocktail and wine list. - Monitor stock levels and manage bar inventory, flagging low or out-of-stock items to management. - Maintain a clean, organised bar area, including glassware, tools, and workstations, throughout service. - Keep pace during busy periods, prioritising speed without compromising drink quality. - Restock and reset the bar at the end of service for the next shift. What we're looking for - Previous bartending experience preferred, ideally with cocktail-making skills. - RSA certification (or willingness to obtain one). - Strong multitasking ability and composure under pressure during peak service. - Friendly, confident communication style with genuine interest in drinks and hospitality. - Available for evening and weekend shifts as rostered.
