Questions, answered

How does billing work?

You are billed monthly, per location, at the start of each cycle, or annually upfront and save up to 17%. Extra locations join the same invoice. Rostering is always A$49 per month per location, billed monthly even on an annual plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel from your account settings and your plan runs to the end of the current billing month.

What counts as a location?

One venue with its own hiring and roster. Extra locations sit on the same account with shared billing, and candidates are pooled across all of your sites.

How do extra job posts work?

Core includes three job posts per venue each month. Additional posts are A$49 each, charged when you publish. Pro includes unlimited posts.

Is there a free trial?

No trial of the full plan, but you can start free: 3 free job posts. A subscription unlocks candidate contact and video. The monthly plan is month to month, so you can start and stop whenever you like, and annual plans run to the end of the year you have paid for.
