The Fancy Hank’s Group is seeking Front of House members (change this to suit the role) to lead the charge in delivering our hospitality across our venues. Our venues include Fancy Hank’s, a long-standing BBQ institution, Good Heavens, a bustling rooftop cocktail bar and Springrock, a modern pub serving counter-meals. We are specifically looking for roles who will be mainly working in Springrock, which is expected to open in mid June 2024. The person we’re looking for has; A great work ethic The ability to work within a tight knit team Excellent communication skills A documented history of stable employment (required) The ability to work in Australia, without restrictions (required) Previous experience as a bartender in a similar establishment preferred Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multitask Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Must be of legal drinking age and comply with all applicable laws and regulations Fancy Hank’s Group offers A safe and secure workplace environment A focus on fostering good workplace culture A strong management team to lead the business forward Access to training, development and career progression
