The Fancy Hank’s Group is seeking a bartender to lead the charge in delivering our hospitality across our venues. Our venues include Fancy Hank’s, a long-standing BBQ institution, Good Heavens, a bustling rooftop cocktail bar and Springrock, a modern pub serving counter-meals. We are specifically looking for roles who will be mainly working in Springrock, which is expected to open in mid June 2024. The person we’re looking for has; A great work ethic The ability to work within a tight knit team Excellent communication skills A documented history of stable employment (required) The ability to work in Australia, without restrictions (required) Previous experience as a bartender in a similar establishment preferred Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multitask Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Must be of legal drinking age and comply with all applicable laws and regulations Fancy Hank’s Group offers A safe and secure workplace environment A focus on fostering good workplace culture A strong management team to lead the business forward Access to training, development and career progression
