Your mission: get out there, meet venue owners, show them ReelWork and win their business. Cafés, restaurants, bars—your territory is full of people worth meeting. Cold emailing is banned. Yes, really. We want you walking into venues, picking up the phone, getting introductions and having real conversations. Your laptop can cope with the separation. What you’ll be doing Hunting for new business through venue walk-ins, calls and face-to-face meetings. Meeting decision-makers, running demos and closing deals. Owning your territory and building your pipeline from day one. Following through, helping customers get started and sharing ideas with the team. You’ve got the energy. And the follow-through. You’re naturally positive, confident meeting new people and comfortable hearing “no” without letting it ruin your Tuesday. You’ve delivered results in a busy, target-driven sales role. You’re competitive, keen to keep improving and happy taking ownership. You also help your teammates win—there’s room for more than one name on the scoreboard. Hospitality experience is a bonus. Knowing not to pitch the owner halfway through a slammed lunch service is an excellent start. We care more about your drive, attitude and what you’ve made happen than a perfectly polished CV.
