Digital Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a smart, ambitious Marketing Assistant who wants to get stuck in and be part of a fast growing Australian startup. This is a great role for someone early in their marketing career who is excited to learn, try new things and take on real responsibility. You will work across: • Meta Ads • Google Ads • Klaviyo • Email marketing • SMS marketing • Marketing automation and flows • Instagram • Facebook • YouTube • Analytics and campaign reporting • Pixels, conversion tracking and attribution You will not be expected to know everything from day one. We have someone producing content and a development team who can help with technical implementation. What we want is someone who is switched on, curious and excited to get involved. You will help come up with campaign ideas, work out what content we should be creating, help manage our ads, send email and SMS campaigns, look at the numbers and constantly test new ideas. This is not a role where you will be sitting on the sidelines. You will be encouraged to have ideas, try things, learn quickly and take ownership as you grow into the role. We care much more about attitude, energy and your willingness to work things out than having years of experience.
