Floor Staff

Provide attentive front-of-house service at Frenchie: welcome guests, advise on the menu and wine list, take and run orders, and keep the dining room turning efficiently in step with kitchen and bar. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests, creating a warm first impression that reflects Frenchie's style. - Guide guests through the menu and wine list, offering recommendations and answering questions with genuine product knowledge. - Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS promptly. - Run food and drinks to tables, checking in on quality and pacing throughout the meal. - Anticipate guest needs, refills, clearing plates, resetting tables. - Process payments and close out tables efficiently to support smooth turnover. - Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the dining room and service stations. - Handle guest concerns calmly and escalate to management when needed. What we're looking for - Previous hospitality or floor experience preferred, but a great attitude matters most. - Strong communication skills and comfort working as part of a team under pressure. - Interest in food and wine, or willingness to learn Frenchie's offering. - Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings/weekends as rostered.
