FOH/All Rounder

Chook is Cremorne’s newest spot for seriously good chicken. We’re a fast-paced, high-volume venue built on fresh food, quick service and a crew that has each other’s backs. We’re still new and growing, so it’s a great time to come in on the ground floor. The role: We’re after a switched-on all-rounder who’s just as happy running the counter as jumping on the pass or helping with prep. No two shifts are the same. You might be: - Greeting customers, taking orders and handling the POS - Running food, packing takeaway and managing delivery orders - Keeping the floor, counter and dining area clean and stocked - Helping in the kitchen with basic prep, packing and dishes when it’s busy - Opening and closing the venue and following our food safety procedures - Making sure every customer leaves happy and wants to come back What we’re looking for: - Hospitality, QSR or retail experience (a bonus, not a must, if you have the right attitude) - Confidence with customers and a friendly, can-do vibe - Ability to stay calm and quick during a rush - Reliability, punctuality and a strong team-player mindset - Availability across day and evening shifts - RSA and Food Handler certificate (Or the willingness to acquire if offered the role) What’s in it for you: - Award rates + super, paid fortnightly - Free/discounted staff meals - Training across front and back of house, with real room to grow - A fun, tight-knit team in a brand-new venue - Room to develop and grow as the business grows
