FOH / Bar Supervisor

Shift Supervisor – Hospitality Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and support floor and bar staff during service. * Ensure exceptional customer experiences. * Coordinate daily operations and service efficiency. * Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally. * Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and teamwork. * Oversee opening and closing procedures. Requirements: * Previous supervisory experience in hospitality. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Current Victorian RSA certificate. * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
