Front of House- Buza Chicken Queen Street

Responsibilities: -Greet and seat guests, creating a warm first impression -Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS promptly. - Run food and drinks to tables, checking in on quality and pacing throughout the meal. - Anticipate guest needs, refills, clearing plates, resetting tables. - Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the dining room - Handle guest concerns calmly and escalate to management when needed. What we're looking for: - Previous hospitality or floor experience preferred, but a great attitude matters most. - Strong communication skills and comfort working as part of a team under pressure. - Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings/weekends as rostered. Shifts: - Shifts are from 4.30pm to 9.30pm or 6pm to close (11pm to 11.30pm) -We are open 7 days a week. Looking for staff willing to work min 3 shifts a week
