About The Kitchens The Kitchens is a hospitality group on the Mornington Peninsula, with four venues and a catering arm. Each venue has its own pace and personality, but our expectations are the same: show up, work well with your team and take pride in what you do. We are looking for reliable people who care about great food, coffee and hospitality, and want to be part of a place locals love coming to. We are seeking one part-time bartender for The Kitchen in Tootgarook. Coffee skills are required. You should be confident making coffee, preparing and serving drinks, supporting floor service, and keeping the bar and service areas clean and organised. Two to three shifts per week, increasing to four or five during busy periods. Pay Level 2 non-supervisory award rates: $27.08 per hour midweek and $40.62 per hour on Sundays. All roles start at Level 2. Supervisory shifts may become available for the right candidates with suitable experience. Those shifts attract $27.97 per hour midweek and $41.96 per hour on Sundays. There is potential for this role to become full-time for the right applicant. Any full-time salary would be above award and negotiated based on experience.
