Restaurant Supervisor – ChaChing Melbourne CBD

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, has strong service standards, and is ready to take the next step into restaurant management. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can: Lead and support the FOH team during busy services Run sections and assist with overall floor management Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally Assist with opening and closing procedures Support staff training and development Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team Help maintain smooth, efficient and energetic service Lead by example and create a positive team environment What You’ll Need Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waiter or similar leadership position Strong communication and leadership skills Confidence managing busy services Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends Current Victorian RSA A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to develop into a stronger management role Remuneration Options We offer two employment options depending on your experience and preferred working arrangement: Option 1 – Annual Salary Package $75,000–$80,000 annual package, depending on experience and capability. Option 2 – Award-Based Employment Paid under the applicable Restaurant Industry Award – Level 5, including applicable penalty rates and other Award entitlements. Why Join ChaChing?
