Venue Manager

Rosso Coffee is looking for a strong Venue Manager to lead the team and take ownership of the day to day running of the venue. We are looking for someone who is organised, confident with people and enjoys being hands on. You will lead the team on the floor, maintain high service standards, help manage staffing and daily operations and make sure the venue runs smoothly. Hospitality management experience is preferred, but attitude, leadership and reliability are just as important. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a venue, work with a good team and be part of a growing business.
