Core Duties and Responsibilities • Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, seat them at tables, and present menus and beverage lists. • Taking Orders: Record food and drink orders accurately, answer menu questions, describe daily specials, and note dietary restrictions or allergies. • Serving: Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to tables in a timely and professional manner. • Table Maintenance: Check on guests during their meal, refill drinks, clear used plates and glasses, and reset tables. • Payments: Present bills, process cash or credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) terminal. • Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines, and keep the dining area tidy
